Responsibilities

Use knowledge and experience in understanding, collaborating, and trading complex inputs from multiple other disciplines (Electrical, RF, Optics, Thermal, Dynamics, Mechanisms, Materials, Tooling, Assembly, and Test) to guide the team and arrive at a viable approach for an optical system

Drive manufacturing processes improvements by reading test results and implementing SPC

Interface with facilities personnel in site development and all utility requirements definition

AIT takt time & cost optimization planning

Manage team of manufacturing engineers across multiple shifts, expectation is that this role will be flexible in attendance and able to support on reoccurring basis on a shift from 4 pm to midnight, including weekend days
