This role is critical for achieving operational excellence and maximizing gas yields to support the continued growth of their RNG footprint.

Responsibilities

Oversee design, operation, and performance of landfill gas collection and control systems (GCCS) across multiple RNG sites

Lead and develop field and engineering teams focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement

Manage wellfield operations including drilling, expansions, and optimization to maximize gas quality and output

Oversee landfill liquids (leachate and condensate) collection, handling, and treatment to ensure compliance and efficiency

Partner with third-party operators, engineering, and construction teams on system upgrades and new project execution

Oversee P&L for landfill gas operations, including capital planning, O&M budgeting, and performance tracking

Ensure full environmental and safety compliance while supporting commissioning of new facilities
