Responsibilities

Identifying and engaging prospects through cold calls, networking, and events
Responding to incoming leads, conducting needs analyses, preparing customized proposals, and presenting solutions to clients
Fostering trust and likability with prospects, clients, and our internal team
Meeting sales goals while maintaining a steady pipeline of leads
Representing myHR Partner at occasional trade fairs/networking events (approx. 10% travel)
Collaborating closely with the marketing and client services teams to ensure client satisfaction and service alignment

Qualification

B2B sales experienceCRM softwareBusiness acumenHigh energyTrustworthy demeanor

Required

At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in a service industry
High energy, motivated, and a friendly, trustworthy demeanor
Proven track record of success
Experience using CRM software

Location: Work from home/remote role with 10% travel. However, you need to be within the Eastern or Central time zones

Preferred
