Responsibilities

Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope

Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing

Maintain applications according to SLAs

Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications

Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions for implementation by the team

Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications

Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management

Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management

Required

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry

Must have 5 years of experience in designing and implementing process to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance through structured master data management using advanced SAP MDG S/4 techniques and governance frameworks

Must have 5 years of experience in developing OData services within the S/4 Gateway and integrating them into Fiori applications

Must have 5 years of experience in analyzing delays and gaps across various business processes and implementing process automation techniques within SAP S/4HANA to reduce inefficiencies and enhance overall process performance

Must have 5 years of experience in designing and configuring the SAP Event management (EM) system to enable advanced tracking and tracing of product warranties within the supply chain process

Must have 5 years of experience in ensuring comprehensive visibility and centralized management of uniquely identified objects and warranty-related events in SAP OER

Must have 5 years of experience in designing Adobe form layouts in SAP S/4 HANA using SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe

Must have 5 years of experience in developing custom programs and enhance existing processes utilizing ABAP techniques to improve system functionality and efficiency

Must have 5 years of experience in conducting transport management activities, including dependency checks and cutover processes, and leading in defect triage meetings to ensure smooth deployment and issue resolution

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs
