Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities to grow our client portfolio
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored advertising solutions
Develop and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and contracts
Qualification
Required
Communicate fluently in both English and Russian (verbal and written)
Proven sales experience in the U.S. market, preferably in advertising, media, or related industries
Strong background in business development, client acquisition, or account management
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and highly results-oriented
Must be based in New York City
