Responsibilities
Design, implement, manage, and maintain the security Infrastructure
Annually review and provide recommendations on Security controls across the enterprise, including global policies and hardening configurations to safeguard company and clients
Manage and maintain the data pipeline to handle vast amounts of aggregated security data, ensuring data integrity, and clear visibility with our Cyber security response technologies
Work with the business to conduct security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigations
Manage change control, provide security reviews and approvals for implementation
Stay ahead with emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security requirements are incorporated into all aspects of new enterprise implementation and current operations
Manage security reviews for deployment of new IT technology, proof of concepts, and technology innovation
Manage a team of security engineers, providing guidance and technical expertise
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in cyber security and engineering
Strong technical skills in security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, vulnerability scanners, and SIEMs
Diverse technical leadership background in Security and Risk Management combined with industry knowledge and applied experience
Demonstrated ability in leveraging security industry standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls
In-depth knowledge for cloud security solutions and services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred
CISSP, CISM, or other relevant security certifications are a plus
