Responsibilities

Translating Steelcase’s design-led brand strategies into integrated go-to-market plans that deliver against customer, brand and business objectives

Leading a team of 2 integrated marketing specialists and managers, providing coaching, development, and strategic guidance

Driving integrated marketing strategy and execution across website, social media, print, paid media, PR, and events

Managing external agency partners and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to deliver creative production/execution that brings the brand identity to life

Developing and executing strategic programs and campaigns aligned with brand identity and business objectives

Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies based on data insights

Ensuring all projects meet deadlines and budget expectations while maintaining high visual and brand standards

Required

Bachelor's degree required

10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in integrated marketing and campaign execution

Direct people leadership experience - managing, coaching, and developing a team of marketers

Excellent written communication and project management skills

Ability to understand business concepts and metrics, and link marketing strategies to business outcomes

Preferred

Proven ability to translate business strategy into integrated marketing plans that drive measurable results

Experience turning brand guidelines into creative execution through agency and internal team collaboration (briefing, production, visual asset creation)

Ability to navigate a large, matrixed organization and collaborate with multiple stakeholders

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and curiosity for design

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
