Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in the video game industry
At least 3+ years of experience in product management roles
Must have experience on projects involving modern game platforms
Expertise in creating business cases, managing budgets, handling P&L, and assessing financial risks in game development and publishing
Proven ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and key external stakeholders
Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to completing tasks
Quick decision-making skills, balancing the needs of the company, product, players, and partners
