Responsibilities
Lead and organize end-to-end diligence for multiple active deals
Coordinate legal, financial, tax, HR, operational, and integration workstreams
Manage and interpret Quality of Earnings (QoE) deliverables and financial diligence findings
Maintain deal trackers, timelines, and reporting to keep all parties aligned
Run check-ins, drive communication, and ensure follow-through across stakeholders
Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and continuously improve the diligence process
Qualification
Required
3–7 years in project management, corporate development, consulting, transaction services, or related experience
Hands-on involvement with Quality of Earnings (QoE) or financial diligence
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced workstreams
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A proactive, detail-oriented, team-first mindset
