HR Business Partner- Recruiting Focused
Process Technology is seeking an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition to join their Talent Management Team as an HR Business Partner on a temporary contract. The role combines hands-on recruiting with broader HR responsibilities to support the organization's growth.

Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle recruiting for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver top talent quickly
Provide guidance on HR policies, compliance, and best practices
Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Act as a trusted advisor for employee questions and assist with resolving issues
Support performance review processes and coach managers on feedback and goal-setting
Lead HR initiatives such as engagement programs, DEI efforts, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of HR experience, including strong recruiting expertise
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
High integrity, confidentiality, and proactive mindset
Preferred
Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP)
