Director of Marketing (B2B)
Confidential is entering an exciting visionary phase of growth, seeking a Director of Marketing (B2B) to lead their marketing strategy. In this role, you will design integrated marketing strategies, collaborate across departments, and optimize the marketing budget to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities
Design and execute integrated B2B and DTC marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across targeted areas
Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with pipeline goals, account-based strategies, and enterprise growth targets
Lead market research and competitive intelligence efforts to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
Serve as a strategic connector across departments – working with various teams to ensure marketing is embedded in every corner of the business
Translate complex industry concepts into compelling narratives tailored to executive-level decision-makers
Partner with the people and talent team to shape and amplify the organization’s employer brand to attract top-tier talent and reinforce our culture story
Develop messaging and campaigns that position as a trusted partner to enterprise clients and strategic partners – and a compelling opportunity for investors
Own and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI
Use data to drive decisions, measure performance, and continuously refine strategies for greater impact
Manage and support a small, but mighty team (1–2 direct reports), providing hands-on guidance while remaining deeply involved in strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment
Qualification
Required
Progressive strategic marketing and communications experience executing across multiple functional areas in fast-paced, growing environments
Experience developing scalable strategies and leading execution from start to finish within a B2B-focused marketing role
Proven ability to work across departments and influence cross-functional strategies
Thrive in matrixed environments and bring clarity to complexity
Expertise in market research, data analysis, and translating insights into compelling, actionable strategies
Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets
Building scalable systems and designing differentiated marketing materials to elevate brand and voice
Passion for creating inclusive, values-driven environments where people feel seen, supported, and inspired
