Responsibilities
Discover & Investigate: Frame problems and deep dive the most promising opportunities
Inspire & Organize: Streamline the playbook for others to pitch ideas with clear feedback loops, evaluation criteria, and defined gates. Intersperse with periodic “innovation tournament” style events
Experiment & Learn: Work fast to validate ideas and assumptions early and often using the latest in no-code and low-code techniques
Align & Influence: Write clear narratives, bring stakeholders along for the ride, and create organizational momentum as opportunities flourish
Deliver Impact: Translate validated opportunities into actionable roadmaps that lead to real, measurable business outcomes
Measure & Iterate: Use data and feedback to evaluate success, iterate quickly, and refine product strategies for scalability
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10+ years of product management experience, including zero-to-one or incubation work with shipped outcomes
Proven success in defining and launching high-impact and innovative products
Exceptional drive and a proven ability to deliver results, consistently overcoming obstacles with a proactive and unfazed approach
True passion for crafting something from nothing
Experience with design thinking, lean startup, and other innovation methodologies such as lean experimentation and rapid prototyping
Enthusiastic curiosity about the latest technology and innovation trends
Highly analytical with strong conceptual thinking and creative, business-focused problem solving skills
Ability to evaluate alternatives quantitatively and qualitatively and make compelling recommendations based on proven business case analysis
Communicate crisply in writing and in person - you simplify complexity and drive decisions
Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership
Mentor team members to promote skill growth and increase team capability
Bachelor's degree required
Experience working in agile environments and managing customer-facing digital products
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-paced environment
