Responsibilities
Tasked with the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) platform
This includes ensuring the platform's smooth functionality by configuring settings, managing user access, uploading course content, troubleshooting technical issues, generating reports on learner progress, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the learning experience within the system
Understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning development
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Data analysis skills to interpret learning reports and metrics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users at all levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualification
Required
BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience, or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience, with any one of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification
Strong technical proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard)
Relevant experience includes Sakai, Kaltura, Blackboard, Moodle, Angel, Webex, DCO, Connect, iOS, Confluence, SharePoint, and Canvas
