Responsibilities
Manage and close a high-value pipeline of qualified inbound leads and prospects. You will be responsible for navigating more complex deals and managing a robust sales cycle
Act as a strategic advisor, conducting in-depth needs assessments and presenting sophisticated accounting and tax solutions to high-potential clients
Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced sales representatives, contributing to the overall success and development of the team
Develop and execute advanced sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed aggressive individual and team KPIs
Expertly manage client relationships, providing an exceptional level of service that fosters long-term partnerships and referrals
Utilize and master our CRM system and other sales technology to analyze data, forecast sales, and optimize your performance
Qualification
Required
A seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 5+ years of proven success in a sales role, with a verifiable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive quotas
A strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build long-lasting client relationships
A leader and mentor with a collaborative attitude who enjoys helping others succeed
Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve and surpass targets
Comfortable and adaptable with new technology, using it to gain a competitive edge and optimize your workflow
