Responsibilities

Serve as a financial expert for company leaders on topics ranging from transportation costs to R&D investment
Lead the accounting team through full business cycles, such as month-end close, budget and forecast updates, or the annual audit
Own cash reconciliation and reporting, including daily balancing, long-term forecasts, and weekly and monthly reporting
Prepare and review high-level financial statements and reports
Create clear, actionable reports that inform decision-making
Provide mentorship and guidance to Accounting teammates
Shape the future of finance in a modernizing industrial supply business

Qualification

CPA license10+ years accounting experienceAdvanced Excel skillsSQL experienceAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsMentorship abilityLeadership experience

Required

CPA license
10+ years of relevant experience in industry or public accounting
Subject matter expertise in accounting fundamentals and advanced Excel skills
Exceptional communication and analytical skills, including the ability to clearly explain complex or ambiguous data
Experience leading full accounting cycles
Demonstrated ability to develop teammates

Preferred

Experience with SQL
