Responsible for the overall maintenance; including planning, coordinating, budgeting, organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property in which you are supporting
Perform the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments
Oversee additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
Reliable transportation
Availability for 24-hour, on-call maintenance upon schedule
Ownership of a smartphone device
