Manage team of Instrumentation Technicians: direct work, mentor, and promote company culture

Design and implementation of panels to UL specifications

Knowledge of Hazardous Locations and related wiring

Knowledge of various Safety procedures and their

Implementation of Process instrumentation and applications

Advanced Electrical Knowledge AC & DC Voltages & Applications

Noise Isolation practices and issues, Circuit

Use of various types of meters, process Meters, Multimeters and Hart

Ability to understand different processes related to automation equipment and plant control systems

Proficient in programming of PLC and RTU Hardware

Rockwell Automation Studio 5000 / Rockwell Automation Logix 500

Various HMI Programming (Rockwell Automation, Red Lion, Beijer Electronics)

Serial Communication setup, wiring, troubleshooting, and installation

Be ready and adaptable to various jobs functions related to the automation

Motor Controls circuitry operation, and troubleshooting

Ability to read Electrical prints, wiring diagrams, one lines

Installation and design of ethernet, copper, and fiber optic cable

Work closely with the Project Forman and Customers to complete design work to specifications

(Associates of Applied Science) 2 year degree in Instrumentation & Controls (or Equivalent Field Experience)

3 or more years, experience in an industrial environment
