Responsibilities

Drive the strategy, development, and support of our enterprise applications
Lead a team scaling our high-traffic systems
Deliver platform improvements across performance, reliability, and user experience

Qualification

Required

10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including large-scale, customer-facing systems
5+ years leading engineering teams with proven success in growing and mentoring high-performing talent
Hands-on technical expertise with eCommerce platforms, ideally WooCommerce, PHP/Laravel, and API-driven architectures
Strong experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Track record integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways, and middleware tools
Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on involvement, especially in a lean team environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business functions

Preferred

Experience with eCommerce platform migrations (monolith to headless)
Familiarity with React, Next.js, or similar modern front-end frameworks
Past work in high-traffic retail, subscription, or financial transaction platforms
