Responsibilities
You will create and implement aggressive marketing plans to boost the selection of Resource Family applicants
You will represent CONCERN at events to recruit Resource Families, hold informational meetings, and establish ongoing community contacts with schools, faith-based organizations, and other resources as deemed appropriate
You will recruit and evaluate prospective families who can be certified and approved for all placement programs
You will follow up with prospects throughout the certification process
You will review and complete all paperwork related to the approval process with the prospect in a timely, thorough manner
You will establish a positive relationship and service as the point of contact for all potential families
You will record and maintain the statistics necessary to measure the effectiveness of the various recruitment efforts and goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human services or public relations with demonstrated public relations skills
Two years of work experience in social services with youth and families
Maintain a valid driver's license
Ability to travel as needed
Ability to use typical office equipment
Adhere to all privacy regulations according to HIPAA
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well independently and as a team member
