Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise application projects—from assessment through post-launch stabilization. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and stakeholder communication frameworks
Coordinate activities between technical teams, functional leads, and third-party partners
Define and document project scope, objectives, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
Oversee configuration, customization, and data migration efforts
Track project performance using key metrics for cost, scope, and timeline adherence
Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, contracts, and SLAs
Lead change management and user adoption strategies
Coordinate testing phases, including UAT planning and execution
Prepare executive-level status reports highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation actions

Required

4–6 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years leading enterprise software initiatives (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS)
Strong understanding of application integration, data governance, and SaaS implementation models
Proven ability to manage stakeholders across both technical and business domains
Working knowledge of ERP and EDI systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive reporting

Preferred

Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, EDI, or Workday
Experience applying Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
Experience managing projects within a SOX-compliant environment
