Responsibilities

Working closely with client-facing deal teams, you will provide recommendations that are aligned with an organization’s business goals and overall strategic and transactional objectives
Constructing financial models to help clients assess growth strategies, capital structure decisions, and transaction alternatives will help you develop a comprehensive technical skill set
Employ a number of core valuation methodologies to help businesses evaluate their worth in the marketplace and advise them on appropriate ranges at which to conduct transactions
Learn how to appropriately position businesses in the investor community by articulating value propositions and anticipating potential concerns
Analyze companies from a financial, operational, and industry perspective and make recommendations aligned with business objectives
Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills essential to interacting with clients and teams
Work independently and manage multiple projects/assignments/responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Problem solving and critical thinking skills in support of both innovative and operational enhancement opportunities
Collaborate and communicate across Deloitte team members and client stakeholders
Identify, learn, understand, and implement new concepts, frameworks and emerging technologies
Manage own personal and professional development; seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experience

Required

Bachelor's Degree completed by Spring/Summer 2028 in these or related areas of study: Finance, Accounting, Economics
Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.2 cumulative GPA preferred)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be at least 18 years of age at time of employment
You should reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
You can expect to be co-located 80-100% with variations based on types of work/projects and client locations
Ability to analyze companies from a financial, operational, and industry perspective and make recommendations aligned with business objectives

Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above
Relevant work experience or work experience in a professional environment (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs)
Demonstrated recent leadership, such as in a campus club, society, sports teams or other activity
Demonstrated recent social impact or volunteer activity
