Responsibilities
Submission of compliance paperwork
Researching vendor quotes
Preparation of contract packages
Records retention, inventory controls, asset tracking and other acquisition functions
Logistical support of IT projects, including acquisitions, configuration management, inventory controls
Standard logistic lifecycle support and disposal
Qualification
Required
Three (3) years of general logistics experience in the procurement and material management of advanced IT systems and components
Must have a High School Diploma
Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Must be able to lift 15 pounds or more
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level
US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+, etc.)
