Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner
Assist clients with cruise planning, stateroom selection, booking updates, cancellations, and special requests
Provide accurate and current information regarding cruise ships, itineraries, destinations, and agency procedures
Maintain organized client records and ensure clear communication throughout the planning and booking process
Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their cruise to confirm details and gather feedback
Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Knowledge or interest in cruise travel and itineraries
Ability to learn new systems and booking tools quickly
A positive, client-focused attitude and genuine interest in helping travelers plan unforgettable cruise vacations
Preferred
Travel, tourism, or hospitality experience is a plus
