Responsibilities

Supervise Northeast CoE staff, fostering accountability, collaboration and oversee staff workloads across events, projects, and administrative functions
Ensure consistent and effective use of CRM and project management systems; identify and implement process improvements
Support onboarding and training of new and existing staff
Partner with the Northeast Business Manager on budget oversight and regional operations
Attend meetings and events as needed to assess staff performance and support successful execution

Required

3–5 years of experience directly managing staff, preferably administrative or operational teams
Strong leadership and proactive, hands‑on team player with strong problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Willingness to travel within the Northeast and work evenings/weekends as needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred); event experience a plus
