Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner
Assist clients with designing customized travel experiences, booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodations
Provide accurate and current information regarding destinations, attractions, travel requirements, and agency procedures
Maintain organized client records and ensure clear communication throughout the planning and booking process
Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their trip to confirm details and gather feedback
Resolve concerns with empathy, creativity, and effective problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Creativity and a passion for designing unique travel experiences
Ability to learn new systems and booking tools quickly
A positive, client-focused attitude and genuine interest in helping travelers create unforgettable trips
Preferred
travel, tourism, or hospitality experience is a plus
