Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment, and lead activities of others working on the line, ensure efficient and safe operation
Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed
Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of machines according to SOPs
Maintain production flow and report equipment or process issues promptly
Accurately complete production records and quality checks in real-time
Ensure all documentation complies with company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory standards
Enter production data into digital systems (e.g., MES, ERP, or spreadsheets) as required
Identify and correct documentation errors or escalate them to supervisors as needed
Report non-conformances or quality concerns immediately

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required, college or technical training a plus
1–3 years of experience operating manufacturing equipment, preferably in a food or GMP environment
Strong leadership experience, organizational, communication, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills, including data entry, digital forms, and manufacturing systems
Basic math and unit conversions
Ability to read and follow SOPs, work instructions, and technical documents
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods of time
Reliable transportation required, with flexibility to travel between company locations
Consistent, dependable attendance is essential to support production schedules
