Leading a team of software engineers building large-scale web applications using Angular, TypeScript, Java, and PostgreSQL
Contributing as a hands-on developer
Partnering closely with the Engineering Manager, Product Management, QA, and UX to design solutions
Aligning delivery with company objectives
Setting clear goals
Monitoring team and individual performance through meaningful metrics
Upholding quality and architectural standards
Driving continuous improvement in both people and process
Qualification
Required
Experience leading a team of software engineers
Proficiency in building large-scale web applications using Angular
Proficiency in TypeScript
Proficiency in Java
Proficiency in PostgreSQL
Ability to contribute as a hands-on developer
Experience partnering with Engineering Manager, Product Management, QA, and UX
Ability to design solutions and align delivery with company objectives
Skill in setting clear goals and monitoring team and individual performance
Ability to uphold quality and architectural standards
Drive for continuous improvement in both people and process
Strong technical depth
Excellent communication skills
