Responsibilities
Drive high-volume recruiting efforts for front-line roles across multiple communities, ensuring timely and quality hires
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, build strong partnerships, and deliver effective recruiting strategies
Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets
Build and nurture talent pipelines through networking, community engagement, and creative outreach initiatives
Coordinate interviews and collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless, positive candidate experience
Represent our brand at career fairs, open houses, and local events, showcasing our culture and growth opportunities
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our values, benefits, and unique employee experience to excite potential hires
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in high-volume environments
Proven ability to source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and community outreach
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with hiring managers and candidates
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
Must be able to work full-time from our Atlanta, GA (Buckhead) office
