Responsibilities
Tackle some of the most challenging engineering problems in AI and developer tooling, including LLM memory optimization, semantic search across large codebases, multi-language indexing, and more
Design, implement, test, and deploy full end-to-end product features across the stack
Collaborate closely with founders and engineering leadership to shape technical direction, product strategy, and roadmap priorities
Gather user feedback, rapidly iterate, and ship improvements at high velocity
Work in-person with a small, high-caliber team where you will have significant ownership and visibility
Qualification
Required
2–8 years of full-time software engineering experience
Strong experience building products end-to-end, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments
Comfortable working across the stack with an emphasis on backend or full-stack development
Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript and interest in working with AWS-based infrastructure (ECS, Lambda, Postgres, DynamoDB)
Enjoy solving complex technical challenges, especially related to AI, developer tools, or large-scale systems
Thrives in an on-site environment and is excited about hands-on, deeply technical work
Motivated by high ownership, rapid iteration, and building foundational components in an emerging product category
Preferred
Experience working on B2B developer products or complex technical platforms
Exposure to AI/ML concepts or interest in learning more
Previous startup or early-stage company experience
Background in systems-level thinking or experience with semantic search, indexing, compilers, or large codebases
Experience as a technical founder or exposure to research-oriented work
