Gulf Coast Automation Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to lead CRM-related projects. The role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for D365 CE implementations, upgrades, or enhancements
Define scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
Act as the primary liaison between client/business units and technical teams
Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project
Coordinate development, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and go-live activities
Ensure project delivery aligns with best practices, budget, and timelines
Drive user adoption and support post-implementation transition

Required

5+ years of project management experience, including at least 2-3 years focused on D365 CE
Strong D365 CE experience
Hands-on understanding of D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.)
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing third-party vendors, consultants, or implementation partners

Preferred

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals / Functional Consultant Associate)
PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification
Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure integrations, or custom workflows
