Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Power BI, and other platforms
Drive data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Analyze sales funnel performance, deal velocity, and KPI trends to inform strategy
Build and automate DTQ, Bowlers, and KPI reporting for leadership reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting needs and enhance analytics
Maintain documentation of reporting processes and data definitions with the analytics
Provide ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
Proficiency in MS 365, Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel for dashboard and report creation
Strong understanding of data governance, KPI frameworks, and performance metrics
Ability to analyze sales funnel data, deal velocity, and trends to support strategic decisions
Experience with or exposure to SQL and data visualization tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
