Responsibilities

Participate in user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand pain points and needs

Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs

Collaborate daily with Product Owners, Developers, and other Designers

Contribute to the evolution of design systems and maintain visual consistency

Iterate quickly based on user feedback and internal reviews

Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices across designs

Support handoff to development with clearly annotated files and specifications

Participate in design reviews and contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous improvement

Qualification

Required

1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with digital products or SaaS

Strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and clean, user-centered UI work

Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, etc)

Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc

Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)

Comfortable working with both wireframes and high-fidelity visuals

Curiosity, humility, and a drive to learn and iterate fast

Solid communication skills (Explaining design decisions and accepting feedback)

Proficient level in both French and English

Preferred

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

Experience working in agile teams

Previous experience with user testing tools (Maze, Useberry, etc)

Interest in motion design or microinteractions
