Political Recruiting Intern (Spring 2026)

Empower Strategies Consulting is a recruiting and human resources consulting firm serving primarily Republican and conservative political clients. They are seeking a part-time and fully remote Recruiting Intern for Spring 2026 to support candidate sourcing, research, and data organization across a wide range of roles.

Responsibilities

Review applicants and identify strong candidates across various recruiting platforms
Build organized list of candidate leads for Recruiters to conduct outreach
Add and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate tagging, categorization, and data completeness
Support data cleanup projects to keep candidate pipelines organized and easily searchable
Monitor applicant flow and identify strong prospects that align with client needs
Participate in regular check-ins, training sessions, and sourcing reviews with the recruiting team

Required

Ability to commit to approximately 15-20 hours per week during the spring semester
Ability to work remotely
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Interest in conservative or Republican political staffing, recruiting, or Human Resources
Ability to manage research-heavy tasks and maintain accurate records
Strong written communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace

Familiarity with AirTable
