Responsibilities
Provide first-line support to company end-users with their licenses (ex. configuration)
Support end-users with use and licensing of AWS
Pass end-users to AWS and other solution provider support if unable to resolve at first-line
Follow specifications and documentation for each software vendor platform to diagnose and resolve common issues at first-line
Qualification
Required
2+ years of work experience in provisioning at a managed service provider (MSP)
Experience working in a software reseller or distributor business
Experience supporting a high volume of clients at first-line support
Strong experience licensing and provisioning of either AWS
Strong experience working in a ticketing system
Experience working in a KPI driven environment
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
