Responsibilities

Maintain & troubleshoot Commercial HVAC equipment
Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components
Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX Systems, etc
Use your HVAC skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems
Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments
Remain customer service focused
Qualification
Required
3 years of commercial HVACR experience
EPA universal certification preferred
OSHA 10 preferred

Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments
Remain customer service focused
Keep it a Drug-free Workplace
Be punctual and reliable
Work 10-hour days and overtime when necessary
On call availability
Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors
Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs
Work efficiently in confined spaces
Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending
Successfully pass pre-employment drug test, background check, physical, and MVR
Preferred
EPA universal certification preferred
OSHA 10 preferred
