Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM projects
Ensure proposal creation, estimation, and scope definition are accurate and complete
Own overall project scope, resource planning, scheduling, team performance, and client satisfaction
Manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery
Provide direct project management on select complex or high-visibility initiatives
Act as primary liaison with client leadership, managing expectations and escalations effectively
Assist clients in integrating Oracle Cloud solutions into their business ecosystem using best practices
Identify opportunities for account growth and support presales activities such as RFP/RFI responses
Prepare SOWs, MSAs, payment schedules, project plans, and related contractual documentation
Review and edit Functional and Technical project deliverables
Evaluate task estimates and validate technical solutions for feasibility and accuracy
Ensure adherence to organizational processes, methodologies, and quality standards
Continuously identify areas for improving ERP delivery processes, methods, and accelerators
Take full ownership of project team performance and development
Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to cross-functional team members
Foster cohesive collaboration between onshore and offshore delivery teams
Qualification
Required
12+ years of ERP experience, including hands-on project leadership with a strong focus on HCM and Financials
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing end-to-end ERP implementations
At least one full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud project delivered as a Project Manager
Experience managing fixed-scope, fixed-price, full-lifecycle implementation projects—preferably for Public Sector agencies
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives, technical teams, and end users
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Active PMP Certification
