Responsibilities

Manage logistics such as scheduling, presentation preparation, internal and external communications, event planning and general office support for CLAO and her team

Support the Talent Acquisition staff with recruitment activities such as database management, document collection, interview scheduling, and candidate communications

Facilitate efficient and effective processes that move at the speed of York’s business

Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and communications

Foster positive experiences for internal and external stakeholders who interact or are engaged with CLAO functions

Required

High school diploma or GED with eight (8) years of relevant experience in office administration roles

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, appropriate for collaborating with senior leaders, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and effectively representing York in communications with candidates and other external parties

Familiarity and facility with applicant tracking systems or similar tools, such as Dayforce

Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy and flexibility in a fast-paced, high-growth organizational setting

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain composure in stressful situations

Willingness and ability to perform routine tasks as well as to manage more involved or sophisticated projects
