Responsibilities

Conducting Contract Status Reviews (CSRs) and analyzing financial data
Establishing and managing program cost baselines and budgets
Performing variance analysis and identifying areas for improvement
Providing customer reporting and proposal support
Collaborating with program management, financial management, and functional finance personnel
Assisting other team members and developing solutions to financial challenges

Required

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience establishing budgets and managing cost baselines
Ability to deal with challenges and to develop solutions to issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment and to meet deadlines
Strong Excel proficiency
Detail oriented and organized
Ability to provide training and assistance to team members
Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start

Preferred

Cost management experience on large production and/or development contracts
Experience forecasting orders, sales, profit, cash flow
Familiarity with risk and opportunity analysis
Experience with LMMFC software and systems, such as EFS
Experience with Cobra and Oracle
EVMS (Earned Value) experience beneficial, but not required
Working knowledge of proposal/estimating process
Finance or business related degree preferred
Leadership skills
Self-starter with motivation to perform with excellence
