Service Desk Lead
IntePros is seeking a Service Desk Team Lead for a fully onsite, bond-funded contractor role. This position provides leadership, advanced troubleshooting support, and process improvement across the service desk function.

Designing, improving, and maintaining technical systems used in production environments
Troubleshooting and resolving issues across multiple layers of infrastructure

Ensuring uptime, reliability, and strong performance across assigned systems
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on technical experience with system operations, troubleshooting, and production support
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, ops, and leadership teams
Experience managing competing priorities and executing in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Solid documentation and communication skills, enabling smooth collaboration and consistent updates
