Responsibilities

Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of new client investment accounts. Duties include preparing and completing documentation for clients, custodians, investment managers, and internal teams; processing asset transfers; and managing alternative investment paperwork

Maintain up-to-date and accurate client information across internal systems, including CRM platforms

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering both proactive and responsive support on tasks such as fund distributions, personal data updates, and portfolio reallocations

Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by advisors or leadership
