Psychology, Behavior Analysis - Full-Time, Tenure-Track Assistant Professor
The University of Central Oklahoma is seeking a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology. The role involves teaching, mentoring students, and engaging in scholarly activities related to behavior analysis.

Responsibilities
Teaching undergraduate courses in psychology with an emphasis on behavior analysis and in our Behavior Analysis master’s program
Willingness to serve and advance the Behavior Analysis master’s program including actively pursuing ABAI (Association for Behavior Analysis International) accreditation for a master’s level program
Conducting scholarly work related to ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), engaging, supporting, and mentoring student research, and chairing or serving on master’s thesis committees
Qualification
Required
An earned doctorate degree awarded by a regionally accredited or internationally recognized institution in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related area
Current BCBA or BCBA-D certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Doctoral-level certification)
Eligibility for license as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Oklahoma
ABD (all-but-dissertation) candidates may apply, but if the doctorate is not obtained and submitted by the time of employment, the position rank will change to Tenure Track-Instructor
Preferred
Teaching experience in higher education
Experience developing and delivering online courses using learning management systems
Ability to provide high-quality mentorship to undergraduate and graduate students
A record of scholarship
