Responsibilities

Perform several precision assembly and test operations on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical valves, actuators, and systems
Assembly activity uses a variety of mechanical measuring equipment such as dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers to obtain proper build requirements
Perform test activity that requires the use of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment, fixtures, and tools
Maintain dimensional accuracy on assemblies using torque wrenches, fixtures, tooling and gauging
Work from assembly drawings, worksheets, parts lists, test specifications, and other instructions, both written and oral
Diagnose test failures and perform necessary rework in order that the unit will pass test requirements
Clean components to required cleanliness levels
May work on repair units normally run with production units
Positively contribute to the teamwork environment regarding productivity, initiative, cooperation, data collection and attitude

Required

Demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English
Demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
At least 1 years of related experience in a related technical field
Employee enrollment & participation in the company's 'F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program' is a requirement for this position
