The State of Wisconsin's Department of Health Services is recruiting for a Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer to work within the Division of Quality Assurance. Responsibilities

Review construction plans, survey and evaluate long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities and other health care facilities to ensure the quality, appropriateness, and compliance of buildings with federal and state regulations
Advise and educate appropriately during review, construction, and under survey focusing on certification and licensure of these facilities

Required

Licensure or eligibility for licensure by the time of appointment as an Architect or Professional Engineer by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services. You must be licensed in Wisconsin by the time of appointment
Experience with building and construction regulations, codes, and standards
Experience in a design, inspection, construction project lead or commission capacity related to commercial buildings, systems, or components
