Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise network and UC solutions
Partner with project teams to define requirements and deliver on timelines
Provide Tier 3 support for network and UC issues
Maintain technical design and architecture documentation
Assist with technology evaluations and vendor selection
Support smooth service transition for Network and UC Operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years supporting large enterprise networks (LAN/WAN design, planning, implementation)
Strong knowledge of Cisco, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Meraki, Cisco ACI, and SilverPeak SD-WAN
Experience with S2S VPNs, Cisco routers/switches, and advanced routing (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF)
Skilled with Wireshark and network performance analysis
Strong understanding of TCP/IP and enterprise networking protocols
Experience with Meraki wireless, SolarWinds
Strong communication and vendor management skills
Able to support off-hours work when needed
