Technical/Functional Competencies
Extensive knowledge and experience in ASC 740 and financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance
Strong analytical and project management skills to effectively manage multiple, complex projects and with tight deadlines
Ability to resolve issues quickly; well organized with strong management skills
Knowledge of all aspects of accounting for income taxes
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills necessary to communicate complex matters to diverse audiences
8 to 15 years + of corporate and public accounting international tax experience
5 to 10 years + of experience in managing tax professionals
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Licensed CPA or Law Degree
Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel and Power Point proficiency
Preferred
Master's Degree in Taxation
Exposure to IP related tax issues a plus
Familiarity with international taxation
Experience in the Media and Entertainment a plus
