Own the scoping, design, and development of product features
Identify and fix bugs and technical debt
Collaborate with Support to address technical issues for customers

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience working as a software engineer
2+ years of experience building web application backends
Strong technical background
Ability to think through problems thoroughly to ensure we're building the right solution to the right problem at the right time
Ability to push back when necessary
Designs that take into account current and future needs, technical debt, and maintenance
Ability to clearly articulate the tradeoffs
Ability to level up the people around you by sharing your knowledge and experience

Preferred

Experience with frontend development is a plus, but not required
