Part-Time Graphic Designer + Social Media (Remote)
Gearsupply is the leading online marketplace for buying and selling AV equipment, and they are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Part-Time Graphic Designer to support their marketing, sales, and marketplace teams. The role involves designing promotional graphics, managing social media content, and maintaining Gearsupply's brand style across all design touchpoints.

Responsibilities
Create promotional graphics, banners, and onsite visuals for Gearsupply.com that highlight featured listings, new arrivals, seasonal sales, and marketplace-wide promotions
Develop product-focused visuals that help drive conversions and support sales initiatives
Work with the operations and marketplace teams to design assets that improve listing visibility and customer engagement
Design, write copy for, and schedule social media promos, ads, and short-form content to promote inventory and marketplace activity
Create banners, headers, graphic elements, and light copy for email newsletters, drip campaigns, product spotlights, and sales events
Produce digital and print collateral such as one-pagers, presentations, brochures, and trade materials
Maintain and iterate on Gearsupply’s brand style across all design touchpoints
Support marketing with visuals that clearly convey product value, marketplace features, and service offerings
Assist with photo editing and visual cleanup for gear listings and promotional assets
Design and occasionally manage production for Gearsupply merch (stickers, apparel, office items)
Coordinate with vendors for printing, ordering, and delivery when needed
Handle multiple design tasks simultaneously with solid organization and quick turnaround times
Bring fresh creative ideas to help better promote inventory and strengthen Gearsupply’s visual identity
Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams while being self-directed on daily tasks
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of graphic design experience (in-house, agency, or freelance)
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as more streamlined services like Canva and CapCut
Strong visual sense for layout, hierarchy, typography, and brand consistency
Ability to adapt designs for multiple channels and formats
Preferred
Experience designing for e-commerce, marketplace environments, or product-focused marketing
Bonus: Short-form video production skills, as well as familiarity with AV equipment, event production, concert technology
