Responsibilities
Support documentation processes and databases for regional and regulatory activities
Assist with reviewing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and routing them for approval
Manage documentation files, including storage and records retention, to ensure efficient and easy access
Collaborate effectively with internal team members to meet company and customer needs
Work with global teams to ensure best practices are communicated and implemented
Prepare and deliver presentations on organizational status updates
Qualification
Required
Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, International Business, or a related field
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to multitask and manage competing priorities
A solid critical thinker
Clear and legible documentation abilities and strong grammar skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Power BI, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience and knowledge in using ERP systems
Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
Analytical: Synthesizes complex information; researches and collects data; uses intuition and experience to complement data; designs workflows and procedures
Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information effectively; develops alternative solutions
