Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for manufacturing data products
Manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and security of data products
Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate product success and drive enhancements
Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships to effectively align priorities and outcomes
Incorporate governance and compliance into the product lifecycle to meet regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in data product management or analytics leadership
Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects successfully
Strong understanding of data analytics and product management principles
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
Strategic thinking and adept problem-solving capabilities
Preferred
Experience with modern cloud data platforms and tools like AWS, Snowflake, and Power BI
Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
