Responsibilities
Analyze and document current state reporting processes; develop future state and identify automation opportunities
Define solution architecture, dependencies, and data/reporting workflow design
Create executive-level reports and custom data analyses; identify opportunities to automate recurring deliverables
Groom and prioritize backlog for offshore development team
Manage end-to-end delivery of reporting solutions while safeguarding existing BAU reporting
Qualification
Required
14+ years of combined Business Analyst and Project Manager experience
Strong BA skills: requirements gathering, solution design, process improvement, backlog creation/grooming, and collaboration with offshore dev teams
Solid PM capabilities: planning and coordinating dependencies across teams
Excellent stakeholder management, including communication with technical teams, business partners, and executives
Data analysis: Excel, SQL
BI platforms: PowerBI, Snowflake (or similar)
Agile tools: Jira, Confluence
Self-sufficient and able to drive initiatives independently
Strong communicator at all organizational levels, including C-Suite
Proactive in identifying risks and dependencies
Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable balancing BA/PM responsibilities
Preferred
PMO processes and Capital Markets/Financial Services knowledge (highly preferred)
